Yes. Contact us as soon as possible. You may reschedule without a cancellation charge by giving at least 14 calendar days’ notice before the appointment time. Statutory cancellation rights may also apply.
Yes. You may cancel without a cancellation charge by giving at least 14 calendar days’ notice before the appointment time. With less notice, or if you do not attend, we may retain or charge only our reasonable net loss, up to the appointment fee. No. D4 and DLM1 medical reports serve a similar purpose, but they are issued for different licensing systems. D4 is normally used by DVLA for Great Britain licences; DLM1 is normally used by DVA for Northern Ireland Group 2 lorry and bus licences. The forms are not interchangeable.
