What should I bring to my appointment?
Please bring a valid photo ID (passport or driving licence) and a list of any medication you are taking. If you wear glasses or contact lenses, bring them with you.
How long does the appointment take?
Most appointments take around 15 minutes.
Do you complete the medical form?
Yes. We complete your council medical form during your appointment, so it’s ready for you to send to the DVA / City Council.
What if I wear glasses or contact lenses?
No problem. You can wear them during your test. Just bring them with you.
